Feranmi Majekodunmi
WRITER | DIRECTOR | ACTOR | PRODUCER

A screenwriter is the foundation of the creative stories told in films and television.
I have always known that this was my future, from sitting in a cinema wowed by the big screen to sitting in front of a television unmovable, immersed in stories that made me feel alive. I want to reproduce the same feeling that inspired me to become a writer and have my stories impact people and draw them into worlds that linger and live on in their memories, making them feel emotions they can connect with and incite in them the feeling of wonder at what else their lives could be.
I want to be the author of emotions and the starting point of people’s creative playground.
Words have the power to motivate and inspire. Since creation, stories have been passed down from generation to generation.
In collaboration with the many storytellers in the film and television industry, screenwriting works in conjunction and builds legacies that people dream about when discussing the impact of the film and television industry. I believe that through the challenges and rewarding moments, creating, and visualising the many stories and following them to completion is enriching, and there is nothing that excites me more.
